The funds raised for this project are intended to provide the living expenses (rent, food, transportation, medical) of church planters - qualified lay or fully ordained FM ministers - who are doing full-time evangelism and church planting in Accra. A goal of 150 Ghana cedis per month, per planter, has been established. Funds raised will be distributed equally each quarter, among all active FM church planters. The headquarters church, located in the Korle Gonno district of Accra, has been training several men to begin new branches within the city. The plan is for church planters to receive a decreasing amount over three years, at which time the church plants should be sustaining each pastor through giving from the local congregations.
