Micro-enterprise and Livestock

Because of the poverty, Cambodians in our FM churches need ways to support themselves. Contributions to this project will be put into a type of on-going revolving loan fund for buying livestock or starting other micro-enterprise projects. As livestock is raised and sold, or projects become profitable, profits will go back into the fund for new projects. Pigs are a very popular project in Cambodia, and there have already been several piglet schemes completed in different villages where there are Free Methodist churches. Those involved meet regularly for Bible study, instruction in raising pigs, and mutual encouragement.
