Fred is senior pastor of Oceans of Life Ministries (OLM) and serves on the board of Light and Life Development Foundation, Inc. (a relief and development arm of the FMC). He also works with Elim Farm’s Agricultural and Bible Training School, where tent-making pastors receive instruction for planting rural churches. Barb is associate pastor at OLM, ministering primarily in continuing education for OLM pastors. She coordinates International Child Care Ministries (ICCM) for the Southern Mindanao Annual Conference and is the liaison for ICCM Philippines to the home office.
