The Crawfords encourage FM Mexican leaders as they chart direction for church planting and pastoral training. They are involved in the FMC in Nogales, Sonora. Guy has a full-time family medical practice and assists in a medical clinic in the Los Encinos church in Nogales. Betsy assists Guy in communication with leaders. She helps the new Manantial de Vida church in youth ministries, teaches violin to children, and leads an inductive Bible study for women. The Crawfords host many American teams participating in Mexican cross-cultural missions.
