The Crawfords encourage FM Mexican leaders as they chart direction for church planting and missions mobilization. They are involved in the Free Methodist Church in Nogales, Sonora. Guy has a full-time family medical practice and assists at the medical clinic in the Los Encinos church in Nogales. Betsy assists Guy in communication with leaders. She helps the new Manantial de Vida church in youth ministries, teaches violin to children, and leads discipleship cell groups for women. The Crawfords host many American teams participating in Mexican cross-cultural missions. As Guy and Betsy serve on the Missions Commission of the Mexican Conference, they are encouraged by the conference's growing missions movement.
