Marcie is education coordinator for FM work on the continent of Europe. Her responsibilities include helping churches discover and connect with existing local training programs; developing courses where needed; and helping resource and network pastors and leaders. She works with the ordination process for new pastors. She recently began serving part time as associate pastor in the Garstang Free Methodist Church (Garstang, England).
