Marcie is education coordinator for FM work on the continent of Europe. Her responsibilities include shepherding ministerial candidates through the ordination process, helping churches discover and connect with existing local training programs, developing courses where needed, and helping resource and network pastors and leaders. She also serves as part-time associate pastor at the Garstang Free Methodist Church (Garstang, England).
