Ron and Joanne have been involved in Partnership Building ministries since December 2007 after a four-year assignment in Ukraine. While they were short-term missionaries in 2003, the Piepers helped establish House of Hope in Ukraine, a transition home for teens who have graduated from the state-run orphanage system. The Piepers helped establish this ministry while they were short-term missionaries in 2003. They were appointed to full-time service in March 2004.
