Roger, who has been a short-term VISA affiliate for seven years, was approved as an extended-term missionary in April 2008. Roger is involved in training and consulting with the local Bible translation committees for the Ayta Abellen and Ayta MagIndi peoples. The committees hope to also begin Bible translation work with the Ayta Ambala people this year. His wife, Vangie, is involved in primary healthcare education. Roger is an advisor for Free Methodist Bible quizzing in the Philippines, and they both help coordinate field orientation for new FM missionaries in the Philippines.
