In order to ensure certain files can be viewed and printed from any computer, some files have been converted to PDF files. PDF files can be accessed using a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can disregard these instructions. If however, you do not yet have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded free of charge by following these instructions:

• To begin the download process, please go to the following web site:
  http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
• Once the page has loaded, scroll down the page until you see the gray box with areas for “Step 1” and “Step 2.”
• Fill in the appropriate information, and hit the red “continue” button when finished.
• A new page will load.  Hit the red “download” button.
• A message box will pop up asking you if you want to run, save or cancel.  Choose save.
• It will then ask you where you want to save it. You want to save it to your hard drive (usually the C: drive)
• Once it is finished saving, you want to open it.
• Please follow the instruction prompts that will follow. (It may give you the option to run or cancel.  Choose run.)
• Once these steps have been followed, you should be able to open the PDF files as you normally would any other document.
